Yes! I love private programming. Some things to be aware of with this type of programming is that you will pay a flat rate based on four paddlers. This fee can be divided amongst the group, however if there are any cancellations it must be handled within the group itself and all paddlers will be required to find their own replacements. Communication preferences are to be with one person in the group.

Yes, I can offer subsidized programing for those in need. I don’t ever want my coaching to be inaccessible to people. If you contact me directly I would be happy to discuss different options.

Tough luck! No, No. I am quite flexible- what I would be asking is that you find your own replacement. If you cannot find one I will ask that you reach out to your insurance company (credit card company for a lot of people). If you have exhausted all options I will suggest you get moved to a program with space available in the same season.

I will not be issuing credit notes outside the current season. If you miss programming due to illness or injury you will be allowed to join on another program that same season but once the season is over so is your credit note. Credit Notes are ONLY for pre-existing programs with space on them.

YES! I cannot stress this enough, especially for multiday programming. Most credit card companies provide this, also Pacific Blue Cross, BCAA, etc. I do understand that injury, sickness, life happen, however I am a small business and cannot afford to be refunding everyone last minute. PLEASE GET INSURANCE!
